These terms govern your use of The Freedom Campaign website and, if you separately opt in, our text messaging program.

Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not legal or individualized professional advice and does not guarantee any particular outcome. Program decisions should be based on the applicable official materials and your individual circumstances.
Age eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit our forms, enroll in our programs, or opt in to receive text messages from us. By using the website or submitting a form, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use its content in a way that violates applicable rights or laws.
SMS program
When you select either optional SMS consent checkbox on a Freedom Campaign form, you agree to receive only the message category or categories you select from Chris Shepherd & Associates, LLC, which operates The Freedom Campaign, at the mobile number you provided. Marketing messages may include special offers, discounts, and service updates. Non-marketing informational messages may include requested follow-up, mentorship session confirmations and reminders, Freedom University class reminders, and education program updates. Each checkbox is optional and neither is selected by default.

- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages at a frequency that varies based on your requested services, appointments, and classes. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

- Reply HELP for help or use the website contact form.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
After you reply STOP, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. You may opt back in through an available signup form or by following the instructions provided by the messaging program.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information, mobile numbers, and messaging consent is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes and termination
We may revise these terms or change or discontinue website or messaging features when reasonably necessary. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
